It’s been a while whenWoTLK Classic Gold antihero Illidan Stormrage was in the spotlight. I last met The Night Elf Demon Hunter during World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, a time I cherish as the top of my WoW time. In the years since, I’ve played occasionally playing the massive online multiplayer RPG, returning every time an expansion comes out, but never quite reaching that experience of awe and joy I had while in playing The Burning Crusade.
With Illidan leading the charge of the latest expansion called Legion I began to wonder what the connection with Illidan’s Night Elf antihero and introduction of the brand new Demon Hunter class would be enough to entice me back into the world of World of Warcraft.
It is the Demon Hunter class is available to both Alliance with Horde factions, and visually distinguished through their Night Elf and Blood Elf versions and. One of the best features that is unique to this Demon Hunter class is its flexibility; players can double-jump and glide, reducing falls and also gaining a unique way to minimize the damage caused by falls.
The newfound agility that the Demon Hunter brings to the MMO can be used in the classes’ beginning zone, but I realized that it was not important factor in advancing the questline. With the exception of a few higher platforms and ledges the familiar terrain meant there was no necessity to double-jump and glide across the initial zone.
But, gliding and jumping aren’t all the tools that can be used to move that the Demon Hunter has. The class also offers more agility in combat, such as dashing to cause damage to anything in your path using Fel Rush with cheap WOW WoTLK Classic Gold, or performing swift backward jumps to deflect timed attacks by using Vengeful Refrain. I was able to use Metamorphosis for transformation into a massive Demon by leaping in the air, before hitting the ground and dazzling opponents in the vicinity. In my Demon Hunter was rarely stationary during combat It definitely made combat feel more dynamic.
